Customer service for restoration and constriction projects
Managing job files
Support production crews to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct daily office operations, including coordinating staff schedules and overseeing job management software.
- Customer Service: First point of contact for clients, handling calls and managing customer satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, such as Office Coordinators, crew, etc.
Common Qualifications & Expectations
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, ideally within construction or restoration service industries.
- Skills: excellent communication skills.
- Environment: Fast-paced environment often balancing multiple restoration jobs simultaneously
Previous Servpro experience is preferred
Knowledge of some industry common software is preferred
